Magnus Conteh is a Healthcare Organisational Consultant/Coach and Facilitator with a wealth of experience in organizational development, performance management and
policy analysis.
He has worked with projects, universities and governmental agencies in Africa, the UK and Ireland for over 20 years, in the fields of agriculture, mental healthcare, health services management, education and human resource capacity building and strengthening.
As an accredited Belbin Team Role Consultant and a Team-Based Performance Management Facilitator, he is certified to conduct individual and team profiling to help heighten self-awareness and enhance individual and team performance.
Magnus has expertise in facilitating conferences, seminars and workshops at departmental, organisational, national and international levels. He works with staff groups and teams, creating a secure and safe psychological space to address team issues, identifying, developing and delivering bespoke training programmes to enhance team performance.

nationally and internationally, he has become exposed to a range of organisational cultures, teams and individual human behaviours that equips one for facilitation at the personal, interpersonal and organisational level. This experience is supported by relevant training in management, education, coaching and coach training, facilitation as well as research and policy analysis, which he has undertaken over the years.
He is a graduate of Kingston Business School, Kingston University (UK) with a Diploma in Management Studies and holds a Masters in Health Service Policy and Management from Brunel University (UK). He is also a graduate of the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) with a Master of Health Science (Hons) in Health Services Research.
He has a Diploma in Business, Executive and Personal Coaching from Coach Institute Ireland
